How long does setup take?

What if UpLVL gets the assessment wrong?
UpLVL structures what you say — it doesn't invent assessments. You review every note before anything goes to a parent. You're always in control.
I already use TeamSnap or SportsEngine.
Those run your club: registration, payments, rosters, schedules. What they don't do is assess an individual athlete and report it to their parent. TeamSnap's player development feature is a library of drills and practice plans, and evaluations come from a separate product on a separate bill. UpLVL writes a development report for one athlete after one session, and runs alongside whatever you use to run the club.
Is my athletes' data private?
Your data belongs to you. We never sell it or use it for advertising, and the vendors that run the product handle only what's needed to deliver it: hosting, email, payments, and AI. Reports open from a link with no password, so anyone a parent forwards it to can see it. Full detail is in the Privacy Policy.
What if I stop using it?
Cancel anytime, no contracts. Your first 5 players stay free. Everything else is kept for 30 days after your paid period ends, so you can come back, then it is deleted. Deleting your club in settings works the same way: 30 days to change your mind, then it is gone for good.

Yes. Report links work without a password so you never have to create an account, and they don't expire, so you keep your child's full history. That means the link works for anyone you forward it to. Treat it like you'd treat a photo of your kid. Your club can generate a new link if you ever need the old one to stop working.
