How it works
Develop elite-level mental and physical resilience by competing through a continuous gauntlet of fresh opponents.

Your focus
The gauntlet is one of the most effective tools for building genuine toughness because it creates real fatigue and adversity that cannot be simulated otherwise. Wrestlers who complete gauntlets develop an unshakeable belief that they can continue performing under extreme stress. This drill mirrors the emotional experience of a deep tournament run.
Working wrestler faces a series of five fresh partners, each for 60-second live rounds with 10-second transitions.
Worker must maintain technical wrestling, coach penalizes stalling or quitting on shots.
Between each partner, worker completes five sprawls to maintain intensity.
After all five rounds, worker identifies their lowest composure moment and explains how they recovered.
Goal
You've got it when fresh opponents don't discourage you, you're still moving and still competing on the last one.
