Your focus
Turning and shooting under pressure combines technical turning skill with composure to finish. Training it repeatedly against a real person builds the explosiveness and decisiveness required to convert at match speed.
Player starts 12 yards from goal with back to it. Parent stands 3 yards behind as defender.
Second parent or coach passes ball into the player's feet.
Player turns, Cruyff, spin, or stepover, and shoots before the parent defender closes.
10 reps: alternate which side you turn to.
Parent defender starts passive (doesn't close hard), then active in later reps.
Goal
You've nailed it when you turn and shoot in under 1.5 seconds and score 5 of 10.
