How it works
Race to collect cones while dribbling in a competitive team game that rewards maximum effort.
What you need

Your focus
Competitive drive is sparked by meaningful competition. Simple team races create genuine competitive desire in young players while the ball keeps the activity soccer-specific , building the competitive mindset in a fun, age-appropriate context.
Place 20 cones in a 25x25 yard space. Two teams of 4, each dribbling.
Teams compete to collect the most cones by stopping their ball on each cone.
Cones in opposing team's zone can be stolen.
Players must dribble at all times, no running without the ball.
2-minute rounds. Count cones after each round.
Play 4 rounds; best of 4 wins.
Goal
You've got it when you're still sprinting to collect cones even when you're behind, you don't slow down because it feels impossible to catch up.
