How it works

Recover immediately after a turnover within a possession game, maintaining composure and pressing intensity.

What you need

  • cones
  • soccer ball
  • scrimmage vests

Your focus

How quickly and calmly a team reacts to losing the ball determines their defensive resilience. Training the immediate error-recovery response , without blame or hesitation , builds the collective composure that prevents one mistake from leading to a goal.
