How it works
Break a chain of consecutive mistakes in a skill circuit by applying a resilience reset between each rep.

Your focus
Mistakes compound when athletes lose resilience. One turnover leads to poor body language, poor body language leads to poor mechanics, poor mechanics lead to another turnover. Breaking this chain with a deliberate reset protocol is the most trainable resilience skill.
Player runs 10 consecutive shooting/feeding reps. Coach introduces interference (bad pass, deflection) to force errors.
After each error, player completes a resilience reset: clap once, reset stance, say 'next' aloud.
Coach tracks how quickly the player's quality returns after each error.
Score: quality of the rep immediately after each error (1-5 scale).
Helpful cues
- A mistake chain is broken by one excellent rep, make that your focus
- The reset is the skill, practice it with as much intention as your shot
- Your rep after a mistake tells your coach everything about your resilience

Build a practice plan
Add drills, keep the plan in this browser, then share a link with your staff or parents. This library helps you find the right drill. Inside UpLVL the right drill finds the player.
After every practice, UpLVL automatically surfaces the drills each player needs to work on most. See it for yourself.
