How it works
Link four cradling skill stations, wall ball, slalom, protected carry, and pivot, into one continuous conditioning circuit.
What you need
- lacrosse stick
- lacrosse ball
- 7 cones
Your focus
Cradling under fatigue is where possession is actually won or lost. This circuit replicates the load of a game stretch.
Station 1 (cone 1): 10 wall-ball cradle throws, alternating hands.
Station 2 (cone 2): Sprint-cradle slalom through 3 cones, switch hand each gate.
Station 3 (cone 3): 5-yard protected carry with pivot, stop, full 360° pivot, continue.
Station 4 (cone 4): Sprint back to start cradling weak hand only. Rest 30s. Repeat x4.
Goal
You're there when each station flows into the next without a full stop, moving from wall ball directly into slalom without pausing to switch mental gears.
Helpful cues
- Grip pressure stays consistent, don't death-grip when tired
- Head up at every station, simulate reading defenders
- Pivot is a full weight transfer, not just a foot spin
