Your focus
Elite attack coordination requires seamlessly chaining multiple complex movement skills together without resetting. This drill trains body control across the full attacking sequence from initial footwork to finishing.
Agility ladder set up 15 yards from goal. Player completes a high-knees in-out pattern.
On exit, feeder throws an air ball. Player catches without breaking stride.
Player executes a split dodge on a passive defender at the 10-yard mark.
Player finishes with a shot on goal. Complete 6 full chains.
Goal
It's clicking when the whole sequence flows without a visible reset between stations, ladder into catch into dodge into finish feels like one athletic movement, not five separate tasks.
Helpful cues
- Each phase must flow into the next, no resets
- Keep your head up through the ladder to spot the incoming pass
- The dodge is predetermined, commit to it at full speed
