How it works
Build shot confidence by maintaining an accurate shooting streak under increasing crowd pressure.

- lacrosse ball
- goal
- cones
Your focus
Confidence is not the absence of pressure , it is performing well in spite of it. Shooting streaks with escalating social pressure trains players to associate high-pressure moments with successful execution.
Player shoots from 8 yards. Every made shot earns one more teammate to watch.
Start alone, add one teammate per make.
If the player misses, all watchers sit down and the player restarts from one.
Record the player's best streak length.
Goal
Success is keeping your streak alive under pressure by using your normal shooting motion, not shortening up or tensing. Same shot, bigger moment.
Helpful cues
- The people watching want you to succeed, use their energy
- Your target is the same size no matter how many people are watching
