How it works
Sustain a team-positive attitude framework throughout a full competitive scrimmage with peer accountability.

Your focus
Attitude at the advanced level must extend beyond individual drills into sustained team environments. Peer accountability creates a shared responsibility for culture that mirrors what great programs demand.
Before scrimmage, team collectively names three attitude standards they will hold each other to.
During scrimmage, any player can call a brief team huddle (max 15 seconds) if attitude standards slip.
Coach tracks number of positive versus negative responses to mistakes.
Post-scrimmage debrief: team votes on one player who best embodied the standards and explains why.

- Culture is built rep by rep, not in a meeting
