How it works
Maximize focus under championship conditions by running a complete championship-pressure game where focus breakdowns are tracked and penalized competitively.

Your focus
Elite focus is validated in championship conditions where the combination of pressure, noise, and fatigue simultaneously attacks concentration. Players who maintain focus in these stacked conditions demonstrate the focus ceiling that determines competitive ceiling. Tracking and penalizing focus breakdowns creates real competitive consequences for lapses.
Run a full 5v5 championship-pressure game with coaches tracking focus breakdowns (wrong assignment, missed signal, late line-up).
Each focus breakdown costs the offending team 1 point, regardless of whether it caused a scoring play.
At halftime, each team identifies their top 2 focus breakdown patterns and develops a corrective focus cue.
Second half is played with the corrective focus cues in use; compare breakdown rates between halves.
Goal
You've got it when a coverage breakdown or noisy moment on the sideline doesn't affect your next play, locked in, next play mindset.
Helpful cues
- Championships are won by the team that focused better, not just the one that was more talented
- Your focus breakdown costs the team a point, not just you
- The corrective cue is your personal focus system, build it now
