How it works
Build QB confidence through a ladder progression of increasingly complex decisions, with each level requiring successful completion before advancing.

Your focus
QB confidence grows most durably when built through earned competence at each level of complexity. Starting simple and advancing only after consistent success prevents the confidence erosion that comes from premature complexity. Each rung of the ladder becomes a confidence reference point the QB can return to mentally in game situations.
Level 1: QB throws to one open receiver with no defense (5 successful completions to advance).
Level 2: QB reads one defender and throws to the open receiver of two (5 completions).
Level 3: QB reads two defenders and identifies the open receiver among three (3 completions).
Level 4: QB runs a live 3v3 play applying all previous skills; coach grades decision quality.
Goal
You've got it when you advance a level on the ladder by making the right call under pressure, not retreating to easy reads.
