Your focus
Shooting variety , the ability to select and execute the right shot for each situation , is the mark of an elite finisher. Competitive format with time pressure simulates the urgency of real shooting opportunities. Players who thrive in shooting competitions perform better in game-critical moments.
Each player has 60 seconds to score as many goals as possible from 8 different marked shooting positions around the circle.
Must use a different shot type from each position (hit, reverse stick, drag flick, slap).
Goalkeeper defends; score only counts for a clean finish.
Leaderboard for the session; total goals determine ranking.
Goal
You're doing it right when you score from multiple spots in the circle under competition pressure, variety, accuracy, and confidence.
