How it works
Develop leadership skills by having players teach a technical skill they have mastered to a partner.
What you need

Your focus
Teaching is the highest form of learning and a core leadership skill. Players who can articulate a skill well enough to teach it develop deeper personal understanding. Peer teaching builds communication confidence alongside technical mastery.
Coach pairs experienced players with developing players.
Experienced player teaches one specific technique (e.g., reverse stick stop) over 8 minutes.
Developing player performs the skill; teacher gives feedback.
Coach evaluates teaching quality: clarity, patience, accuracy of feedback.
