How it works
Give every player a one-minute leadership experience by rotating the captain role during a dribbling activity.
What you need

Your focus
Leadership is a skill developed through practice, not just innate talent. Rotating the captain role ensures all players experience being responsible for the group. Young leaders learn to organize and communicate in a safe, low-stakes setting.
Designate one player as 'Captain' for each minute.
The Captain leads the group through one moving with the ball activity of their choice from a pre-taught menu.
Group follows the Captain's instructions; Coach observes and gives quiet feedback to the Captain after their minute.
Rotate Captains every minute until everyone has led.
