How it works
Force teammates to communicate and create space for each other by removing the dribble from the game.

Your focus
When dribbling is removed, players must use movement, screens, and verbal communication to create open shots. This constraint accelerates the development of off-ball awareness and unselfish teamwork. Players who play no-dribble become far better movers and communicators with the ball.
Play 3v3 half-court with no dribbling allowed. Any dribble turns the ball over.
To score, a team must make 3 consecutive passes before shooting.
Players must call for the ball verbally before receiving a pass.
Play 5 possessions per team, then switch offense and defense.
Goal
Success is generating open looks without the dribble, passes create space because everyone is moving to the right spot and calling for the ball.
Helpful cues
- Move before the ball, don't wait for the pass to start moving
- Screens create the pass, set and pop
- Talk constantly, your teammates can't read your mind
