How it works
Build the habit of continuous effort by requiring wrestlers to keep moving and attacking for the full duration of a timed round.

Your focus
Effort drops between exchanges are one of the most correctable performance issues in young wrestlers. The Never-Stop Drill eliminates rest periods by requiring constant motion , if not attacking, moving to create an attack. This trains the aerobic base and the mental habit of continuous engagement simultaneously.
Partners circle in open position for a 90-second round.
Rule: if a wrestler is not actively attacking, they must be circling and level changing, zero standing still.
Coach calls 'effort check' randomly, any wrestler caught stationary does five sprawls immediately.
After the round, reward the wrestler with fewer stoppages.
Goal
It's clicking when you're still moving forward in the last 10 seconds, no coasting, the round ends when the whistle blows.
