Your focus
Wrestlers who panic in bad positions often make frantic, wasted movements that cost energy and points. A rehearsed routine gives the wrestler a mental anchor to return to under stress. Repetition of the routine builds confidence that there is always a way out.
Partner applies a simple chest-to-back ride in referee's position.
Bottom wrestler pauses for one second, identifies hand position, and plans a movement.
Wrestler executes a stand-up or sit-out using proper technique, no rushing.
Coach evaluates body control and resets; repeat five times per partner.
