How it works
Develop match strategy communication by having partner pairs plan a pre-round game plan together and execute it in live wrestling.

Your focus
High school wrestlers who can communicate about strategy , even briefly , with coaches and teammates make better decisions in competition because they have practiced turning conversation into action. The planning step builds accountability between partners and trains athletes to translate verbal strategy into physical execution. Debrief after execution closes the communication loop and builds strategic thinking.
Before a 3-minute live round, pairs take 2 minutes to discuss one offensive and one defensive game plan for the round.
Wrestlers execute the round, trying to implement the discussed strategies.
After the round, partners spend 90 seconds discussing what from the plan worked and what didn't.
Adjust the plan and run a second round with the revised strategy.
Goal
It's clicking when your live round reflects the game plan you made together, you're executing your strategy, not just reacting.

- A plan is only as good as its communication, be specific, not vague
- Did you execute the plan or forget it in the first exchange?
- Strategy without execution is just conversation, strategy with execution is wrestling
