How it works
Build competitive drive through a structured elimination-style court game that rewards consistent effort and performance.

Your focus
Structured competition with clear stakes activates competitive drive in players who may not experience it in traditional drills. The rotating format ensures everyone plays continuously rather than watching, and the keep-or-earn structure teaches players that holding a position requires sustained effort , a core lesson in athletic competitiveness.
One team of 3 starts on the 'throne side' (King/Queen side); all other teams of 3 form a challenge line.
Each challenger team plays a 5-point rally game against the throne team; winner takes or keeps the throne side.
A team can only stay on the throne side for 3 consecutive wins before rotating out to maintain fairness and effort.
Players track personal wins and team wins; at the end, coach highlights one competitive effort moment from each team.

- Every point matters, there are no throwaway plays here

- Staying on top is harder than getting there, that's the lesson
