How it works
Develop competitive resilience by playing individually defined 'pressure points', game situations where the outcome matters, in a structured ladder format.
What you need

Your focus
Not all points in a match feel equally important, but elite competitors know how to raise their level on the points that matter most. The ladder format makes progress visible and competitive, motivating players to perform on high-stakes individual points. Repeated pressure-point practice trains the nervous system to perform rather than contract when the moment is big.
Coach creates a ladder leaderboard of all players in the session.
Players are paired by ranking on the ladder and play three designated pressure points (e.g., 30-40 on serve, deuce, game point at 5-6).
The player who wins 2 of 3 pressure points moves up one position on the ladder; loser drops one.
Session ends after four rounds; players discuss which pressure scenario was most difficult and why.
Goal
Success is staying focused on your game during the pressure points, your shot quality doesn't drop when the stakes feel higher.
