- wall or rebounder
Your focus
Passing with the weak foot is the most important two-footed skill in possession soccer. Wall passing creates immediate repetition with instant feedback , the ideal environment for accelerating weak-foot development.
Player stands 6 yards from a wall or rebounder.
Pass with weak foot; receive return; pass again. All with weak foot only.
Set a 2-minute timer; count consecutive clean passes.
Rest 30 seconds; repeat 4 rounds.
Progress: pass to specific targets on the wall (marked with tape).
Track consecutive clean passes per round, aim to improve each round.
Goal
It's working when at least 7 out of 10 passes hit the wall in the target area, imperfect but consistent is the goal right now, not perfect.
