How it works
Maintain correct offensive spacing in a 3-player triangle during live ball movement and cutting.

Your focus
Offensive positioning dictates the angles of attack and passing lanes. Teams that maintain proper spacing force defenses into impossible coverage decisions. Training spatial discipline under movement builds the positional habits elite offenses require.
Three attackers set up in a triangle formation with 10-12 yards between each player.
Ball moves between them continuously. Whenever a player cuts, another must fill their vacated spot.
Coach monitors spacing, if any two players collapse within 6 yards, play is paused.
Continue for 4 minutes of passing and cutting while maintaining triangle spacing.
Goal
You're there when the triangle spacing stays consistent as the ball moves, no collapsing toward the action, no standing still when your teammate cuts.
Helpful cues
- When you cut, someone fills, otherwise you collapsed the offense
- 10 yards minimum between players: that's the defender's decision-making nightmare
- Good spacing means every player can see every other player without turning around
