Your focus
Training players to sustain maximum effort over a timed window builds the physical and mental stamina for game-intensity play. The public nature of the effort count creates positive peer accountability.
Player stands 5 yards from wall and begins wall ball passes on 'go.'
Timer counts for 60 seconds. Player throws and catches as many times as possible without stopping.
Coach counts out loud and announces the total.
Player records their personal best and attempts to beat it each session.
Goal
Success is beating your own count, whatever you hit last session, try to beat it today. Relentless means always asking for one more.
Helpful cues
