How it works
Build smooth two-handed cradling through a figure-8 path around two cones.
What you need
- 2 cones
- lacrosse stick
- ball
Your focus
The figure-8 forces constant direction changes and hand switches, building the ambidextrous ball control that protects possession under defensive pressure.
Place two cones 5 yards apart.
Start behind the left cone with ball in stick.
Run the figure-8 path around both cones, loop left cone, cross center, loop right cone.
Switch cradle hand at each crossover point.
Complete 6 full figure-8 circuits without dropping.
Goal
You've got it when you complete 6 circuits without dropping the ball or crossing your feet.
Helpful cues
- Cradle stays tight, no wide swings
- Switch hands at the crossover, not during the turn
- Eyes up through every cone
