Test elite throwing and decision-making by requiring the QB to read, decide, and deliver accurately against any coverage in a full 5v5 championship-pressure scrimmage.

Your focus
The ultimate test of QB throwing and decision-making is performing against any coverage with championship pressure applied. QBs who can identify coverage, select the optimal receiver, and deliver an accurate throw consistently in this format are the most valuable players in competitive flag football. Championship pressure reveals whether the decision-making is genuine or only present in isolated drills.
Run a full 5v5 championship-pressure scrimmage; before each snap, QB verbalizes the coverage read and intended target.
Coach grades each play on four criteria: coverage identification accuracy, target selection appropriateness, throw timing, and throw accuracy.
After every 4 plays, QB reviews the grade and identifies the element that had the most impact on that series.
Final 4 plays are played with the identified improvement area specifically targeted; compare grades between sets.

You're doing it right when your championship test throw lands accurately after working through the full read, correct receiver, on target.
