How it works
Test and maximize speed and acceleration in a competitive format that mirrors the most speed-critical plays in flag football.

Your focus
Elite speed and acceleration is best tested in competitive head-to-head formats where the player has to perform at maximum speed against a peer of similar ability. Championship-format speed competition creates the urgency that produces peak performance. Players who can maintain technical acceleration quality under maximum competitive pressure have the highest ceiling.
Set up four stations: 40-yard go route race, 20-yard flag pull closing sprint, 10-yard first-step race off the line, and a reactive sprint off a QB snap count.
All players rotate through each station in head-to-head matchups; fastest time or first completion wins each rep.
Points are awarded across all four stations; player with the most points at the end wins the speed championship.
