How it works
Develop and test elite growth mindset by running a full championship-pressure scrimmage where mindset quality is graded alongside athletic performance.

Your focus
Championship mindset is the combination of process focus, growth orientation, and resilience under maximum pressure. Grading mindset quality in competitive conditions creates the self-awareness elite athletes need to grow. Teams that have deliberately developed championship mindset perform better in real championship conditions because they have done it before.
Run a full 5v5 championship-pressure scrimmage; coaches grade each player on mindset quality (1-5) on every visible mistake and success.
Mindset grade criteria: growth response after errors, process focus after successes, resilience after adversity, and encouragement quality toward teammates.
After the scrimmage, each player receives their mindset grade with two specific examples and one growth target.
Players set a mindset goal for the following practice and hold themselves accountable by reporting back at the next session.
