How it works
Test complete leadership by having player captains draft their own teams, call all plays, and lead their team through a full competitive scrimmage.

Your focus
Complete leadership in flag football encompasses team selection, tactical management, and real-time adversity response. Advanced players who experience full captain responsibility develop the decision accountability and interpersonal confidence required for championship-level leadership. Peer evaluation of captain performance creates honest feedback loops for leadership development.
Two captains are chosen by the group; each drafts a team from the available players in alternating picks.
Each captain calls all plays for their team, manages tempo, and leads all adversity responses during a full scrimmage.
Non-players on the bench rate each captain on leadership effectiveness after each series (1-5 scale).
Post-scrimmage: each captain receives peer feedback and identifies their single biggest leadership growth area.
Helpful cues
- Captains own the team energy, not just the play calls
- Draft for character as much as for talent
- Great captains make everyone around them better, not just themselves
