How it works
Simulate the highest-pressure flag football moment, a tie game with one play left, and measure composure through decision quality rather than outcome.

Your focus
Elite composure is defined by decision quality in the highest-pressure moments, where adrenaline and stakes are both at maximum. Players who make composed, process-driven decisions in this simulation carry that composure into real championship situations. Grading on decision quality (not outcome) teaches players that composure is independent of luck.
Tie game, one play left, offense at the set distance apart; both units are told this is for the championship.
QB has 5 seconds before the play to verbalize the process ('If I see zone, I throw to X; if man, I go to Y').
Execute the play live; coaches grade the QB's decision process (not whether the pass was caught).
Run 4 championship simulations with different players at QB; debrief each QB's composure process separately.
Helpful cues
- Say your process out loud before the snap, it anchors your composure
- Trust the plan you made before the snap, don't change it mid-throw
- Composed QBs play the same in practice and in the championship
Adjust the challenge
Make it easier
Strip it back
Allow the QB to walk through the decision process with the coach before each rep.UpLVL it
Add the next challenge
Add defensive disguise, defense shows one coverage then rotates post-snap to a different look.No account needed
Build a practice plan
Add drills, keep the plan in this browser, then share a link with your staff or parents. This library helps you find the right drill. Inside UpLVL the right drill finds the player.
After every practice, UpLVL automatically surfaces the drills each player needs to work on most. See it for yourself.
