How it works
Build the habit of receiving a correction on a route or throw, immediately incorporating it, and acknowledging the improvement.

Your focus
Coachable players improve faster because they close the loop between receiving feedback and applying it. Route running and throwing mechanics in flag football have precise technical details that only improve through coached repetition. Teaching players to value corrections rather than resist them accelerates skill development.
Run a receiver through a standard route (slant, out, or post) at 75% speed.
Coach stops the player after the route and gives one specific technical correction (e.g., 'sharpen your break angle by 10 degrees').
Player runs the same route immediately with the correction applied; coach gives a thumbs-up or another adjustment.
After 3 corrections have been applied successfully, player confirms what changed and why.
Helpful cues
- A correction means we believe you can get better
- Apply it the very next rep, not two reps from now
- Tell me what you changed after the rep
Adjust the challenge
Make it easier
Strip it back
Coach demonstrates the correct route first before the player attempts the correction.UpLVL it
Add the next challenge
Player receives feedback mid-route from a coach clapping rather than stopping, must adjust in real time.No account needed
Build a practice plan
Add drills, keep the plan in this browser, then share a link with your staff or parents. This library helps you find the right drill. Inside UpLVL the right drill finds the player.
After every practice, UpLVL automatically surfaces the drills each player needs to work on most. See it for yourself.
