How it works
Develop a performance mindset by practicing visualization of successful execution before each shooting repetition.

- field hockey ball
- goal
Your focus
Mental rehearsal activates the same neural pathways as physical practice, improving performance. Players who visualize successful executions before performing develop confidence and precision. Visualization is a proven mindset tool used at the highest levels of sport.
Before each shot in a shooting drill, player closes eyes for 5 seconds and visualizes the perfect execution.
Player opens eyes, completes pre-shot routine, executes.
After 10 shots, compare accuracy with a previous session without visualization.
Discuss: what did you visualize and how did it affect your execution?
