How it works
Execute penalty corners and set pieces under maximum team-generated distraction to build elite focus and execution under pressure.

Your focus
Set pieces are among the most focus-dependent moments in field hockey. Distraction during set-piece practice prepares players for the reality of stadium noise and opponent gamesmanship. Elite focus trained in highly distracting environments transfers directly to tournament performance.
Team runs penalty corner sequences; non-participating players create maximum noise and distraction from the boundary.
After each corner, team rates their focus quality on 1-10 scale.
Run 10 corners; compare first 5 vs last 5 focus and accuracy scores.
Identify which player maintained focus best and have them share their strategy.
