How it works

Your focus
Sustaining focus under environmental distraction is a learnable skill. Gradually increasing noise levels during technical work desensitizes players to the crowd and bench noise they encounter in games. Players who focus well under noise perform more consistently.
Player dribbles a precision cone course (tight spacing).
Round 1: complete in silence. Round 2: light noise from teammates.
Round 3: loud team noise. Track errors at each noise level.
