How it works
Develop competitive drive in a high-intensity possession game where the losing team does a competitive forfeit.
What you need

- field hockey ball
- cones
Your focus
Consequence-based games raise the emotional stakes and activate competitive drive. Players who feel the game matters more compete harder and develop stronger competitive habits. The forfeit keeps competitive energy high without being punitive.
