Your focus
Positive spotlight moments build self-belief in young athletes. Choosing their own move gives players ownership and agency. Peer celebration normalizes pride in individual skill.
Players warm up with free moving with the ball in a grid for 3 minutes.
Each player takes a turn performing their favorite moving with the ball move for the group (10 seconds each).
Group applauds and calls out one thing they liked about each move.
Players repeat their move with feedback from the group in mind.
