Your focus
End-of-game scenarios reveal compete level because the stakes are highest. Teams trailing must attack with urgency; teams leading must defend compositely. Training this scenario weekly makes players mentally and tactically ready for real-game pressure.
Set up a half-field 6v6 game; one team leads by 1 goal with 3 minutes left.
Trailing team must score; leading team must hold on.
Run multiple scenarios: trailing team has a 2-goal deficit, leading team defends with a player out.
