How it works
Simulate the highest-pressure match-closing scenarios to build the competitive drive and mental endurance needed to win tight three-set matches.

Your focus
At the advanced level, physical talent is relatively even and competitive drive is the differentiator. Simulating the exact conditions of a tough three-set match trains the mind and body to perform beyond what they have done in practice. The player who has been here before in practice will not be surprised when it arrives in a real match.
Two players begin a match from the start of a simulated third set with the first two sets declared one set apiece.
Coach adds pressure elements: announces spectator scores aloud, introduces random challenge moments (coach disputes a call), and requires players to reset their own score aloud before every serve.
The third set is played as a full set with a match tiebreaker at 6-6 (10-point match tiebreaker); the player who wins the tiebreaker must overcome at least one mini-break to do so.
Debrief: where did competitive drive sustain and where did it waver? Each player identifies one moment of genuine competitive excellence and one moment where they gave ground mentally.
Goal
You've got it when a tight third-set moment doesn't make you play smaller, you go for your shots and compete to the last point.
