Your focus
Advanced soccer endurance is the ability to execute technical skills while fatigued. This circuit combines fitness and ball work , building the capacity to pass, shoot, and dribble correctly in the final minutes of a match.
Set 5 stations in a 15-yard circle: juggling, wall passes, dribble through cones, shooting, sprint.
Spend 30 seconds at each station, max intensity.
Move to the next station with no rest.
After 5 stations (2.5 minutes total), rest 90 seconds.
Complete 4 full circuits.
Goal
You've got it when your technical execution in circuit 4 matches circuit 1.
