How it works
Make rapid passing, dribbling, and shooting decisions in a fast-paced 4v4 game with 1-touch bonus scoring.

Your focus
Elite decision-making is fast decision-making. Playing in a high-tempo, 1-touch bonus environment compresses the time available for each decision and forces players to develop the rapid processing speed needed at the highest levels of the game.
Play 4v4 on a 20x15 yard field with full goals.
Any goal scored on 1-touch counts double.
Any goal scored after a team completes 4 consecutive 1-touch passes counts triple.
The game is played at maximum speed, no walking allowed (coach stops play if a player walks).
After each goal, the scoring team must explain the last decision each player made.
Play three 4-minute games.
Goal
Success is earning the 1-touch bonus consistently, at least 3 in every 5 possessions, because you read the situation early enough to play without hesitation.
Helpful cues
- Decisions happen before the ball arrives, pre-scan every time
- See the goal, see the defender, see the teammate, in that order
- A slow decision is the wrong decision at this level
