How it works
Apply elite shot-selection principles in a full scrimmage where individual and team offensive efficiency is the primary metric.

Your focus
Advanced players respond to data. When shot selection is measured by efficiency metrics , points per possession, shot quality rate, contested-shot percentage , players self-correct in real time. This scrimmage format mirrors how NBA and college coaching staffs evaluate offensive decision making and accelerates development.
Run full-court 5v5. After the scrimmage, calculate points per possession for each team.
Coach tracks shot quality on every possession: open layup, open three, contested two, contested three, rushed shot.
Post-scrimmage data review: which player/team had the highest efficiency? Which shot types were most efficient?
Run two 10-minute scrimmages separated by a data review and adjustment session.
Goal
It's clicking when your team's efficiency score is positive, made shots were the right shots, and missed shots were still quality looks. Process and outcome aligned.
